He has already been confirmed. You can clearly see him in the trailer that was recently release for MK6.

Look in the trailer again, notice who Ermac is fighitng.

Unless Tobais is working on this game with Boon,it is highly unlikely we will see Noob Saibot.Unless his name is just Noob now.Plus how many characters do people think they have seen in that tiny trailor?We can confirm a couple,but not all of what everyone is seeing.Let the flaming commense.

Noob Saibot's name is Noob SAIBOT. If his name was Noob Tobias I could understand why they wouldn't use it, but it isn't.

As for seeing Noob again, I wouldn't be surprised, after all, he is pretty popular and thanks to MK:TE he has a somewhat refreshing new storyline that can be continued/added to.

As far as the trailer is concerned, I didn't see Noob anywhere, and I'm sure Mileena was fighting "Ermac".

Good point.I didn't think about that.If they do bring back Noob Saibot,i hope they totally revamp him,and not just give him some other peoples move with his own weapon and no fatality,or just have him in there as a non-playable secret character.

Noob was just a black scorpion unfortunately, however his story was pretty cool.
