With MK6 using the same gameplay system as MKDA, do you think they could squeeze in the extras?

Who says it's even using the same gameplay system. They said they'll use the same engine, that does mean that the graphical engine and the motion engine will remain the same, it means nothing about the gameplay. They can change the way they use the gameplay, as that isn't about the engine but about the interaction implementation. Also, they can change lots of things in the engine and still using it as base. I mean, considering it will come out in 2004, they have to at least improve the stage textures and stuff like that, in order for the game not to look outdated (if a game from 2004 would have 2002 graphics, it would have near to no chance outside its fan base).

I think they can, but first, they need to enhance the gameplay and the graphics even more. I hope each character will have even more moves than before. I want there to be lots of great content while keeping the MK essence and feel.

It's very obvious, the game engine is done, so they won't work on it (maybe fix some bugs and stuff), so they will think in other additions and details to the game, such as Bonus, Secrets, the end of the round, charaters and other things.

Hey Slica, how about ANOTHER rate a character poll?

Anyway, they should squeeze a lot of extras in there. Like the shit they promised in Deadly Alliance but left out because Midway rushed their ass.

Level interaction, dropping weapons, throwing weapons, picking up weapons, level fatalities, taking weapons off walls, breaking through level barriers, multi-story levels (like mk3 or something), torn clothing, and bruising/bleeding. I know they had FACE bruising and bleeding... but not the rest of the body or clothes.

i doubt they will scrap the whole stance changes/multi fighting styles thing, they got a real nice thing going on there. i for one hope it doesnt go. i like the idea of it.
it also makes the mk fighters look more elite cuz they know multiple styles, and use different stylez to counter their opponents. or just to look cool, johnny "bruce lee" cage anyone?
