Does anybody else think that they are bringing back certain characters to wrap their stories up because more characters are introduced every game. Like I think that they just want to kill/end some characters so they don't linger on forever. Anyone else agree?

That could be partially true, but I just think they are bringing back these "classic" fighters because people have benn clammering for them in 3d, etc. since MK:DA and they are fan favorites. I wouldnt be surprised if certain "classics" die off in Deception storyline, but I dont think its the reason they are re-introducing them. The only classics that should die are the goofy ones IMO, like Stryker, Reiko, etc. that have really no bing place in MK besides as a filler.

I think they should keep charectors like sub zero and scorpion mortal kombat just wunt be mortal kombat without them

how about getting rid of scorpion and sub for a while or for good and expanding on ermac and noob, i know most don't like them but maybe they can be the new scorpion and sub for the new mortal kombat games

I agree. Although it is a little unfair to drop those who will continue the story and leave them out entirely.
