I have both, I reserved my copy od MKD for x-box but not the KE. I no my game stop will have extras of the KE for both xbox and ps2. I just dont know wat to get. Is it really worht an extra 10 bucks for the KE? and if so what system should I get it for. Another thing i;; probubly get the paper guid for MKD but is there any reason why I should get the DVD guid? ( Iguid i think it is)
What do you all think I should get?

I see this being dropped soon due to a possibly flame war to follow, however... I fail to see how your subject topic has meaning to your post.
To answer, the bonus edition is only good if you want a version of MK1 playable on your X-box/Ps2, a metal trading card, and a copy of all the MK:D "Trading Card Videos"
As for the I-Guide over Brady Games Paper Guide, only get the I-Guide if you want to know everything about the game, but have it sorted in a interactive DVD.
The info probably won't different too much, but you'll have audio explaining it, rather than having to read it.

I think it is worth getting the KE because their are only a limited copy.but if your not really a hardcore mk fan then their really isnt any reson for you to get the KE.System wise I would get it for the X Box.Even though boon said graphics between the ps2 and x box are minor.why not just get the one that looks alittle better.

Considering how horrible X-Box's controller is, choosing the PS2 over the X-Box version was a no-brainer to me.
X-Box for the win.
Really i don't see the big deal about the x-box's controller. I like it just fine. My ps2 controllers are fine too, different console, different controllers, not a huge deal.
However whenever a title comes out, I always get the x-box version if I can. Just always seems to be that much better, and for the same price.

I believe most of you love the PS2 controller because its all that you have known. You may have grown up mostly playing on the Playstation 1. When the Playstation 1 first debued I thought its controller was horrible just like most of you see the Xbox controller. I was used to the old school SNES and Genesis pads (6 button). The PS1 pad absolutely sucked for StreetFighter Alpha as the lack of two face buttons for all six attacks pissed me off.
Since then I've only used Arcade joysticks for fighting games as the control feels more natural to me. I have universal sticks so I can play on all three of my systems. MK:DA was so much easier to play and to do the combo strings with an arcade stick was so much easier as well, it was almost like typing. So in closing I will agree that both systems pads suck for fighting games and that I will get the X-box version for the cleaner visuals since controls are no longer an issue for me.
