I own both systems and really the only offline gameplay that was different was button locations since controllers are set a bit different. Online I found button responses to be a bit faster than my PS2 version. The difference is almost unnoticable, it just made some of the animations look quite funny. And yes, most likely thread will be closed.
actualy i noticed that my ps2 responded a bit faster than my brothers xbox also, if my thoughts are the taken i would say it is likely just a difference in the way the game is coded for both systems, after all ps2 games are optimized for ps2 where as xbox games are just an implimentation of the directX setup used on windows pcs and well that is know to have some optimization issues when run on well anything really.

Only Have Xbox, but I did notice that the Commercials run on TV look a little faster than actual game play. but who knows.
Cool. No Console wars. This is a good thing.
