i,for one,am very pissed off right now.now i don't know if this happens to the ps2 version but the xbox version of mortal kombat constantly crashes.its just down right pathetic that midway and/or the mk team just lazily leave glitches and bugs like this in the game.now,i know you're probably thinking that i have a defective cd but this is the second time i took the game back and exchanged it for another one(playing a total of 3 games that crashed).mk deception is an incredible game but to have all my progress lost everytime my game crashes just kills my spirit and denies me the satisfaction that every customer should experience.
this may have been posted before but i just want to express how i feel and hear you all's comment on the matter.

Xbox version never crashes for me, and I play it pretty much all day long. I think it's your Box, dude, or else your game.

I have the Xbox version and it's never done that once and I have played a lot for long periods of time. Maybe your system's dirty or the game is busted. try cleaning the system or maybe exchanging the game

dude have you ever stopped to consider that if you try 3 different games, and they all crash, chances are something is wrong with your xbox and not the game?
nice job insulting all of midway's hard work and endless hours of programming to bring us the best fighting games available just because your fatass put peanutbutter inside your disc drive (or whatever you did to it) as if they are the ones at fault. You are the only one experiencing this problem

that would the reason why my game doesn't work except for the fact that I'VE PLAYED EVERYONE ONE OF MY GAMES TO SEE IF IT WAS XBOX YET NONE OF THEM CRASHED!!!
and don't ever insult me again.stop blowing your mother and get that stick out of your ass.i did not once insult midway or their work,i just said that its pathetic that they would look over the bugs and glitches in the game.

Your Xbox's DVD drive is probably the source of the problem. Not the game.

if you're widescreen doesnt work.....then your tv doesnt support the widescreen feature. just cuz u put a dvd or vhs thats in wide screen doesnt mean ur tv supports the feature. there ya go. *edit* lmao well let me share with yall how much ive played my xbox/why its so shitty now. i played my xbox so much bakc in the day it developed this clicking sound sometimes. when it clicks it wont read any discs and ithe screen that says "MY xbox needs service comes up" and so i just keep the system on until the clicking goes away. then i put in a game or two and listen for the proper start up sound. then i finally turn off my system with the game i want in there and start it up with the power button. Usually it works on the first try....if im lucky. i just gotta keep it workin long enough so i can get a memory card and transfer all my saved games then ill buy a new system. cuz doin all that stuff SUCKS.

I have the same problem, and it's just the xbox dude. My xbox is a P.O.S. but I got it for free so I can't complain. It doesn't happen that often to me. Just have patience.

.its just down right pathetic that midway and/or the mk team just lazily leave glitches and bugs like this in the game
------------------
that would be an insult to any midway employee, you ignorant cock. i find it very hard to believe that every one of your games works on your xbox but when you put in 3 different MKD discs they all crashed
so if its not your xbox then you obviously use your game discs as hockey pucks or something. because in case you havent realized you fucktard it is NOT the game, it is something YOU are doing wrong.
