2D or 3D Fighting Games?

I personally prefer 2D fighting games. Even though 3D fighters are still fun, 2D has a better feel to it, more classic. I was wondering what everybody else preferred.

2D. The reason being is because at you never have to worry about moving in and out of the forground (which becomes very distracting); plus jump attacks look better in 2D.

3D overall, but i LOVE 2D fighter as well.

I love both, however, if I had to choose one, I think I prefer 3D. I just like the freedom of movement ya know? But really I do like both.
