America's Army Game Question

To anyone here who plays America's Army. I just got the game today and so far I'm doing great (got a 40/40 on the marksman test) but I can't sign in to save my progress, it keeps saying "Timed Out" when I try. What do I do?

I got it working, configured my firewall, damn, can you give me some help with the special forces training, I CANNOT get from point A to B on the second level...
