I just got XBC all set up and me and my friend were playing Halo vs. like 12 people last night smile

Its a really sweet program that tricks your XBox into thinking that it is connected to other XBox's, like your playing in a LAN or something! You just hook up a CAT5 wire into the back of your XBox then hook the other end into your router/computer. Then you run XBC and you can join servers with other people. You can have a max of like 16 people I think... =\

Hey Skorpion, what time were you playing last night? I tried to join between 11 p.m. and midnigt (my time, so that would make it between 1 a.m.-2 a.m. ET in the US) and I couldn't at all confused

I only play Halo, though, and my nick/server name is Ciega. My ping is always high (since I'm playing from Honduras), so maybe we could take turns hosting the game.

And yeah, you and anybody else can PM me as well and as long as I can, I'll play with ya grin

P.S. Sub-Saibot, as far as I know, yeah, DSL = broadband.

No i am to cheap to buy Xbox Live but i do have Counter Strike For Xbox and Computer

Computer Counter-Strike = Unbeatable
Xbox Counter-Strike = Where Is the Lube(runs to room and crys)

Hmm thats weird... I was playing around like 10-11 p.m. yesterday. I duno tho, was working fine while I was playing. BTW, my name on XBC is haet.

How do you host a server? Once I find out I will take turns hosting one and we can play sometime.

And yeah, DSL is broadband.

Dude, all you have to do is click on the button right next to the one you press to Join a game (it says "Host" tongue).

So Skorpion, Hydro, Shingo, hope to see you there. I MIGHT be on later tonight 'cause I doubt any of the bars or discos will be open tonight (due to the fact that it's Spring Break here and it's Easter tomorrow).

It would definitely be one of you 3, since I connect from Honduras tongue

That's why I say we should take turns hosting, 'cause the host has ZERO ping (lag), while the other players have varying ping. I'm almost 100% sure that the ping you guys (not being the host) would have would be between 20-70, while mine's always over 100 (it hovers around 150). So yeah, the lag would suck for me, but I'm almost completely used to it and I know how to make up for the lag.

So I hope to see ya'll later, and remember (in case you didn't know): NEVER rush the count.

Rush the count = When you hold the 'X' button to start the game faster (ya know, when it counts down from 30)

J up = Join up
