I just have to laugh at this article which states that Bioware's choices have always been theirs and not in any way affected by EA. Yes, the lazy reusing of basically EVERY SINGLE MAP WITHOUT TRYING TO HIDE IT and releasing the game full of bugs are obviously Bioware choices and not EA in any way /sarcasm

I love Bioware but they had issues with bugs in their games long before EA came into the picture. Same with reusing assets. In fact, one criticism of the first Mass Effect was that many missions took place in identical locations.

Yeah, I'm inclined to believe them. Bioware has always done games the way they want... and all their games have the same strengths (story, choices, characters) and weaknesses (reused assets, bugs, etc.)
Though I DO wonder if EA nudged them to include multiplayer in Mass Effect 3. Thankfully, they confirmed a completely separate studio was hired for ME3's multiplayer while the core ME team is focused on the single-player game.
