Wow. Bush is a terrible father to let his daughters have their own opinions. I wouldn't vote for him after reading that. What a hypocrite he is, it's as if he's betraying the American public. That would make him a bad father and traitor. Surely he won't win the election now.

This is why i've grown to hate politics, and on a larger scale, the majority of famous people.
We're fed the most trivial information and personal facts about people such as presidents, and the media acts as if it's something worthy of concern or interest.
It's worse with the royal family though. HOLY HELL! An 18 year old got drunk! You mean he smoked marijuana too!? Sweet jesus!!!

I don't know how "rebellious" it really is, considering the fact that the Bush twins are 22. A 16-year-old sneaking out of the house to do shit his/her parents disapprove of could be said to be "rebellious," but the Bush twins are adults, they're responsible for their own actions. My dad is a hardcore Republican; he listens to Rush Limbaugh every day, and often even *shudder* Michael Savage; I'm a hardcore liberal, and I've read two of Michael Moore's books, and read "Doonesbury" every day. Does that make me "rebellious"? I don't think so, because, while my dad may disagree with my politics, he respects my right to my own opinions; in fact, last November, despite the insignificance of the local offices up for election, I proudly exercised my right to vote, and my dad took me to the polls (I didn't- and still don't- have my own car to get there by myself), knowing full well my votes would probably cancel most of his out. It's not like he said, "You wanna vote? Find another way to get to the polls, ya commy bastard."

In summary, I think the Bush girls going to a gay wedding would be much less embarrassing for Dubya than what happened to John Ashcroft in his 2000 bid for senate: being the first person ever beaten by a dead guy (Missouri ex-governor Mel Carnahan died in a plane crash 3 weeks before the election, and won against now-Attorney General John Ashcroft. Now THAT must be embarrassing). though perhaps we'd be better off if Ashcroft had won; I doubt he could have done nearly as much damage in the Senate as he has as Bush's AG.

Jeb's his brother, not his cousin. His cousin John Ellis was the guy at Fox "Nexs" who called Florida for Bush early, despite the fact that Gore was gaining.

Bush is a fucking murderer. How's THAT for reason? He declared war on a sovereign nation that NEVER PROVOKED US. He has CREATED MORE FUCKING TERRORISM. If you can't see that then you are blind. NOT ONE of the 9/11 hijackers was Iraqi; 14 were Saudi, and 5 were Egyptian. The only terrorists operating in Iraq prior to the invasion were in an area controlled by the Kurds, which Saddam had no control over.

Anyone who, in his youth, uses his family's power and influence to avoid combat when his nation is at war, then send soldiers off to die in an unprovoked war belongs in prison.
Edit: I should mention, I'm 19 and therefore old enough, and registered, to vote. So don't you fucking DARE tell me to stay out of politics.

I'm 24, active in politics, and well educated. Bush is none of those things (50's?, lazy in politics (spent how much time before 9/11 on vacation??), and went to college cause of 'daddy').

I'm 21, and I volunteer for the Kerry campaign here in Minnesota.
Bush has killed our children. Bush stole our money. He lied. He cheated to get in office. Not only does he have ties to shaddy people like the Saudi family, but his family's money is tied to Hitler. He is in a party that almost openly disregards black people, gay people, and poor people. He fires teachers, gives children cancer, distroys the enviornment, drains your piggy bank. There is evidence that he MAY have had envolvment in 9/11. He supports child labor in foreign countries. He disobeys the Geneva Convention, by allowing torcher. His party supports death penalty of minors, they discourage non Christian religions(yes I said it, ban me if you will). He lies on tv to attack his opponent. He won't stop employers from dropping health insurance. Bush has spent twice what Kerry has in advertising, his crowds have fakes in them who cheer and yell "AMEN"...why would he need that? If his message spoke to most Americans, they would do that on their own. He also makes people sign docs before getting into his conventions. He won't speak to any reporter with out first reviewing the questions and practicing the answers. Bush is evil, he believes in power and wealth...not compassion and well being for all.

We have reasons. I won't say there is any thing wrong with not being a democrat, but I will say this: If you support Bush you are one of three things 1) Stupid ; 2) Evil ; 3) Both.
