i prefer going by self preferences, im still going to watch the movie and get the game, because i thinkt hey're both going to be good! big deal, some reviewers did'nt like it, that wont cloud my judgement.

Please Please Please go see it ASAP and then come back here and let us know how it really is. Please be objective and not make it sound better than it is. Like someone did for Whitechicks. Which IMO was cute but not good. The Wayans Bros have done better and that movie was below Wayans quality.

Yo! I agree with that. If some critics pan it then I gotta see for my self. But when EVERYONE says it's shit, then I gotta think about it some more.

I'll post my review of Bourne Supremacy after I see it tomorrow. But I gotta read the books as well.

there is always people that will like it. Take MK:A for example, some actually liked it. Hard to believe imo, but hey, that's their taste.

As for me, I know that I won't like Catwoman. Maybe my little sister will.

With Hellboy, I thought DC was on track to start making good comic movies again, but this sets them right back to where they were right after Batman & Robin...

Lets hope that the next Batman will bring it back up...

I heard that the movie was total crap. Lol I remember seeing the preview of it two months ago and even back then, I thought that it looked gay. And if you wanna see Halle Barry in a tight leather suit, just watch the preview over and over again.

I knew this movie was gonna bomb the minute I saw the preview of it. it looked fuckin terrible.

I think its stupid that the movie doesn't even take place in the batman universe. they don't even use Catwoman's real name in the movie (selina kyle) and the movie doesn't even take place in gothum city. not to mention that the actual Cat Suit looks pretty stupid.

I'd take Michelle Phifer's Catwoman over Hallie Berry's Catwoman ANYDAY.

Why not just see Halle Berry get fucked in Monster's Ball?

Only reason I own it on DVD.

As for what you said about the new Batmobile, I'm totally with ya. What makes no sense whatsoever is what such a "modern" interpretation of the car is doing in a "Year One" movie like that one.

Any Marvel fans who were pissed (and rightfully so) that Halle turned down the role of Storm for X-Men 3 can sit back and light a cigar.

The near-flop that was Gothika was bad enough, but after this, her career might be in some serious jeopardy.

She wanted a bigger role, she got it. Too bad it was in such a horrible movie.

I'm not going to list all the problems DC comic fans are going to have with this. If I did, I would still be typing three hours from now.

Suffice it to say that this is the worst comic-to-movie adaptation I've ever seen. It goes right up there with Batman & Robin, surpassing it only because I thought Chris O' Donnel did a decent Robin, for what it was worth.

All this movie is is T&A, predictable, cheesy plot twists, and half-decent fight scenes and SFX that pale in comparison to certain other recent movies, namingly Spider-Man 2 and Hellboy. It just feels like it should have come out in 1998.

The score is awful and irritating.

As for the acting, I'll say that Halle tries, but when everyone else just seems to be half zoned-out and disinterested (and who can blame them? We've seen them all before done from every angle; the comedic and witty best friend, the strained [and apparently retarded] love interest, the drug/beauty cream mogul - yeah, you heard that right) the whole supporting cast being nothing more than filler in between boob shots, it's just not enough. By the way, all attempts at sexiness are really put off by the fact that the costume is, as I'm sure you've noticed, RIDICULOUSLY STUPID. Sharon Stone is the only remotely sexy thing in this film, and that's a stretch.

Neither is Berry's performance, really. Try though she does, she just seems waaaaay too casual about dying and being turned into a superheroine, like it's something that happens every week.

In conclusion, I would rather watch Mortal Kombat Annhilation twice, followed by Super Mario Bros. The Movie and Double Dragon.

For the love of Zombie Jesus, save your goddamned money and go rent something more worthwhile, like german cowboy porno, or a movie you already own.

I know she was pissed she didn't get that much screen time in X:2 and one of her conditions was just that for X:3, but you make it sound like she couldn't film the third X-Men movie 'cause she was gonna be too busy filming this shitty flick. The last I heard (and I may be incorrect) is that filming hasn't even BEGUN, so I really doubt that the contract situations are final.
