has anyone gone to court for traffic violations or other more serious charges? I just got back from my first visit. The judge went on me easy. i was charged with no signaling while passing and passing in a no passing zone. i couldn't plead not guilty, so it was either a trial at a cost of up to or more than $1000, or plead guilty and get 6 pts on my license and $100 surcharge. i pleaded guilty. any simialr stories?
