David Lynch movies make my head hurt.

Last night I finally got around to seeing Lost Highway and the night before that I saw Mulholland Dr. and my brain won't stop hurting. How many other David Lynch movies are like this, and does anyone know where the hell I can find a plot guide to either of these two?

The lost highway is hard to understand i took me awhile to find out was its about.The plot is the main guy kills his wife and has a nervous breakdown and creates his own world in his head also some of colors represent his feelings in his world all charchters in the movie are from his mind its so crazy but cool.
