Basically, it's a site where you can do whatever you want with it. If you want it to be just like Twitter, you can make it just like twitter. I use it as a personal blog.



I don't see how it's like MySpace at all. But someone could hypothetically create a MySpace layout for their tumblr page, since the possibilities are open ended. But it definitely wouldn't function like MySpace. Unless you can't tell the difference between things in the world and everything just looks the same to you.
