iv'e noticed alot of people complaining about buying say street fighter 4 then capcom comes out with super street fighter 4, and etc.

me i like variations of games and i own variations of games. i like to see what's different. like damages, moves, modes, speeds of characters, and so on.

not all people want them on patches. i'm not saying patches are bad. i just would like to own a physical copy instead of just using a patch. so like street fighter 4 arcade edition seems like a perfect fit. for people to want a disc could get one and other's can get a code or patch. this way everyone is happy.

some games that i own are guilty gear x2,guilty gear x2 reloaded, guilty gear xx accent core, and guilty gear xx accent core plus.

i also own tekken 5 and tekken dark ressurection.

fighting games are always updating and changing. look at some big games like virtu fighter and doa,mk,street fighter, so on.

if a company comes with an updated version, don't have a shit fit. because you knew this would happen. just rent it and wait a while before you think about buying the game.

ultimate marvel vs capcom 3 is an prime example. iv'e been on various gaming sites and been on forums and i always see people bitching about an updated version of a fighting game. other's are saying there will be an updated version of street fighter x tekken and etc. it's just getting annoying hearing about all the whining and crying about an updated version of a game that's not even released yet.

i say if your a casual fighting game fan don't buy various versions of fighting games, but if your like me that is an hardcore fighting game fan just be happy that your even getting another version of your favorite fighting game.

i just wanted to put my 2 cents in on creating this topic. so do you like variations of games. if so please state why. if you don't like them please state why you don't like variations. just don't be like another fucking version. i paid 60 bucks for it.

Well, that wasn't so long.

I really haven't got a problem with this yet since I bought SSF4 but no SF4, and I'm not interested at all in Arcade Edition. I'm kinda pissed at UMVC3 though, but I'll propably still get it.

Ono has also confirmed that if SFxTekken gets updated, it will be via DLC, instead of disc.
