For all of you DBZ fans, you've no doubt heard about the live movie that's coming out. Well here's a list of people who will be starring in the first, of a four movie chapter.
Ray Park-Vegeta
Chris Judge-Goku
Jason Bateman-Raditz
Orlando Bloom-Tien
Bill Goldberg-Nappa(no surpirse)
Jessica Alba-Bulma
Eliza Dushku-Chi Chi

The movie's four part epic is said to span the Saiyin Saga, Freiza Saga, Cell Saga, and Buu Saga.
The Saiyin Saga is rumoredto come out in the summer of 2006. Jerry Brookhiemer, the guy who directed Independece Day and Day After Tomorrow is directing it. All of this is subject to change, but that's how it stands right now.

Either your source is a fraud, or you've been lied to badly.

Everything about that cast is improbably. A high-budget actor such as Orlando Bloom playing a bit part like Tien? Not even. Also, despite how politically correct our society is, there is no way they would cast Goku with an African American.

Hah! I new it! I new I recognized that name. Chris Judge is the guy who plays T'Ealc on Stargate SG-1 right? As for me being lied to.... I really coudn't care less, just passing along a message. But Goldberg is the perfect match for Nappa.

IGN.com confirmed that the DBZ movie is not under-going any development. As a matter of fact, the company with the rights had forgotten about it. It's not going to happen, I believe. Fatality.

Actually the site says that 20th Century Fox has picked up the title and resummed production.

a spokes person for dragonballz.com got up with Lucas Arts who was rumored to be doing the special effects, and they told them that they had been approached about it a long time ago but it was never brought up again, and then when 20th century fox was asked for a quote they said they never had any intention of making a DBZ movie... i had my hopes up to but Fox aint gonna do it...
EDIT: I almost forgot, 20th century Fox said they never had the rights to a DBZ movie...

This is a terrible, horrible lie, almost certainly propagated by the crazy anorexic man on the street corner in my downtown area who smells of tuna and fritos, often yells incoherently, and claims to be able to infect people with 'chest beetles'.
