His biggest weakness is any sharpening augmentation.

OK first take out the minions. Then Attack Jack with you sword. Be sure to block and roll. Use your flourish. After that He will start flying and using magic spell. There will be rocks that you can get behind. Do that and target him with your arrows. Shoot then get behind the rock when he cast a spell, then repeat.

That is all you need to beat him. He is very easy.

Hint: After you beat him let the credits finish, then you will be able to save your progress and take up after Jack is gone.
