I can't think of one in particular, but there were a ton of NES and SNES ending themes that I liked. But, off the top of my head, I'm gonna say FFVIII(My favorite opening theme as well) and FFIX.

I like the theme music that's in Metroid Prime. It plays the music at the credits. It's some pretty damn cool music.

I also like all of the Arcade Ending songs in Guilty Gear X and Guilty Gear X2.

castlevania: circle of the moon, the ending theme was very nice, sounds like i was in a church... that was 32 bit...

castlevania: aria of sorrow, nice, but kinda gets irritating after a while.

syphon filter, very cool, and great, though it is only bits left in my memory.

If you have Metal Gear Solid 2:Substance, and beat the third Snake's Tails adventure, You hear a really cool version of the MGS2 theme.

In X3 I thought Zero's theme was really cool. I also liked the ending theme in Breakdown, if anyone has played it.
