I would have to say that the Guilty Gear series has the best music in all video games. I like the music in them so much, I bought Guilty Gear X just for its music.

Guilty Gear is very underrated also. None of my friends know about it, except TomTaz!
Mine are as follows: Ninja Gaiden, Hyrule Symphoney (Ocarina Of Time Orchestrated), Metroid Prime, LOZ: Ocarina Of Time, LOZ: The Wind Waker, Sonic Heroes, Sonic Adventure 2, Sonic Adventure, Shenmue, Soul Calibur 2, Metal Gear Solid, Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles, Xmas Nights, Resident Evil: Code Veronica X, Gemna Onimusha.
