Reason: While at playdium today i remembered my old favourite game...marvel vs capcom. I started to play and immediatly i was challenged. Even though i lost the first game the next 4 were shoe ins and i KILLED him. He than told his friend to kill me and i slaughtered him as well..until the last game where he won by an inch.But still...i felt proud that i creamed experts.

I have always been addicted to Star Wars Trilogy. God, I must have spent about 200$ on that game.

T2 Judgement day.

One of the best lightgun games ever in arcades, if I see it at an arcade I have to plunk down some coins for a while. The pickup truck level is damn hellish though. It's too prone to exploding if only one player is playing it.

III (Street Fighter three).

I love the parry system in that game, and the animation is gorgeous. Oh, and it plays tight too.

UMK3 (first version).

I liked using the Ermac game rollover exploit to play the game in endless loops and not only draw a crowd, but have the arcade owner wonder how the hell I kept playing on 50 cents for so long.

MK2.

Still the best for overall game theme and gameplay. Even if it doesn't use the run button.

MK1.

The Look, The Sound, The Pit, and I liked Old Shang Tsung. And Sub Zero's original Head&Spine rip which we've never seen in another MK game since...

(hey, there's an idea! Bring back classic fatalities in Deception from past games! No black out screens! No modifying them to look differently! The exact Fatalities and movements to do them! Not hard to do I wouldn't think...)

Twin Eagle - Revenge of Joe's Brother.

The tunes that blare at you when you speed up and take on the Jet Fighters. Fun Shooter.

Centipede/Millipede/Tempest/Gauntlet/Gunsmoke

Simple in nature, challenging and most of all, fun.

Ironman Stewart's Super offroad.

Get three friends and you're guaranteed to have fun with this game.

Capcom vs SNK.

Melding both companies popular sprite based characters in a fighter? Nuff said. lots of fun.

Marvel Super Heroes.

A definite quarter eater. Fun and I waited anxiously for it to come out on PSOne...even considering an import of it.

Mace:The Dark Age

Great game. Tight controls, unique theme, closest melding of SF and MK type gameplay with elements of each I've seen yet.

Killer Instinct

Another Fun game. I liked the Rendered look and it was pretty innovative for it's time as an MK - a - like game.

Aside of that grouping of standup arcade games, there are a few pinball games I loved playing too...The Black Knight, Rollergames, The Simpsons and others.

Marvel vs. Capcom 2 was my favorite, but now it's soul calibur 2.

Forgotten Worlds: No one remembers this game (pun?), but I owned it on the Genesis 10 years ago and me and my brother would play two-player and beat it at least once per-day for at least 6 months. The arcade version is like the Genesis version, except it's harder, has more stages/bosses, (hysterically bad) voice-overs, better graphics, etc...

MK2: It's pretty, colorful story/characters/atmosphere, hidden stuff, good music, fun-to-do juggling combos, secrets, etc...

Galaga: You can get the two ships. In what other game can you get the two ships?

Simpsons Arcade game-So damn fun, I have spent so much money on that game, it's so damn fun with 4 people

Arctic Thunder-The vibrations feel good on my um... yeah...

Punch-Out!!- It's fun to take out your frustration on a bunch of pixels

WWF WrestleFest-I just keep popping in change and getting my ass kicked by LOD, damn that game is fuckin hard, but it's fun to play as all the legends.
