Hello Everybody. I figured I put up one more match before the world ends in a few weeks so enjoy this while you can.

Last month you guys voted that Star Killer would curb stomp Cole MacGrath

This month we shall finally decide who is the superior action star as two of cinema's iconic characters go face to face.

In the Blue Corner we have

John Rambo!

Rambo was a green beret during the Vietnam War. He was trained in two aspects, to kill and to survive. Rambo is a non stop killing machine who has single handedly taken down several small armies across the globe.

And in the Red Corner we have

The Termintor!

In the future a program called Skynet started a nuclear war that destroyed most of mankind leaving machines in charge of the world. The machines' most terrifying forces are the terminators. They are cyborgs designed to pass off as humans, but unlike humans they don't feel pain or remorse and they never stop until their target is dead.

THE BREAKDOWN

Rambo

POWERS & ABILITIES
While Rambo has no powers per say he is trained in the art of survival. He can live out in the middle of no where with just the land to sustain him. He is also incredibly skilled in both armed and unarmed combat.

WEAPONS & EQUIPMENT
-1 M60E3 heavy machine gun with plenty of ammo
-1 bow with 50 arrows
-1 large hunting knife
-5 hand grenades
-50 feet of rope

ADVANTAGES
-The environment. The fight will take place in the middle of the wilderness. Rambo will be an expert at living off the land, covering his tracks, and finding places for a good ambush.

The Terminator

POWERS & ABILITIES
-Super Strength
-Invulnerability to guns and other weapons
-Motion Tracking vision that let's him see any trace of his target

WEAPONS & EQUIPMENT
-1 laser sighted AMT Hardballer .45 Longslide with plenty of ammo
-1 UZI with plenty of ammo
-1 Franchi SPAS-12 - 12 gauge shotgun with plenty of ammo

ADVANTAGES
-Invulnerability. The Terminator can survive being repeatedly shot and stabbed. To kill it, Rambo will have to be creative.
-Relentlessness. The Terminator never tires and never slows down. He will continue to look and fight 24/7.

THE SCENARIO
Skynet has sent a Terminator back in time to kill John Rambo. Rambo, however, found out what was going on and headed into the woods of the Colorado Rockies to escape. The Terminator must follow Rambo into the woods to complete his mission, whether that takes hours, days, or weeks. Rambo has about a 2 hour head start before the Terminator follows him into the woods.

So MKO who wins in this battle of two classic action stars? The human killing machine? Or the machine that kills humans? The choice is yours.

You can't kill a machine.

That's about it.

Are you serious? Terminator all day! Machine > man. Case closed. Plus it even says "Invulnerability to guns and other weapons" which means Rambo is fucked!

The Terminator is a relentless tracker, and probably has some kind of case file on how Rambo operates... and it could literally tear the woods apart to find him. Also it has infrared vision and can imitate nearly any noise it wants

Rambo is a great warrior and I'm sure he could find a strategy to destroy the Terminator someway somehow... but not quickly enough. Victory to Ah.

Dude your matchup selections baffle me. Rambo vs
Terminator goes to Terminator easy without Rambo having access to future weapons or a giant vat of molten metal or something else extreme. A much better matchup would've been Rambo vs Schwarzenegger as his roles from Commando or Predator.

I'm still wondering how Darth Vader beat Voldemort.

But that's for another time.

The one with the cooler catchphrases always wins. I don't think I need to explain this one.

I didn't think people would find this as such a blowout. If a terminator can get killed by Kyle Reese and an untrained waitress with limited resources then I figured Rambo with a pretty strong arsenal would be able to hold his own no problem. Especially if he had a head start to prepare and set traps.

As for why I chose this match up it really was a Stallone vs Schwarzenegger thing. I could have gone with one of Arnold's other roles but those weren't nearly as iconic. Terminator and Rambo were both the two most well know characters the two have played. Although I guess that I could have made it a Rocky vs Terminator boxing match just to see how mad people would get.

Well instead of Rambo vs Terminator, how about Rambo vs Alan "Dutch" Schaefer? Both human. Got that Arnold vs Stallone ya wanted. I think that would be a more fitting match up.

It took a hydraulic press, a vat of liquid steel, a small nuclear explosion, or another terminator ripping its head off to actually kill one. It has survived heavy blunt force (enough to be thrown through concrete barricades, or to dent steel supports), and can scan things to assess threats. It has survived gunshot wounds, impalement, and even explosions to stop its target.

Not to mention the Terminator is from the future.

He'll just keep coming back. And stronger than before.

Uh... yeah, because the Terminator won against Kyle Reese's pipe bomb and a compressor at the end of the first movie, right?

As much as I like Terminator more, you have to admit; with the arsenal that was given to Rambo, he has more than a good chance at dismembering the cyborg to cash in a victory.

There were two more movies after that, and he "died" in those, too.

You see where this is going?
