Does any one know of any programs that I could use to make a MK game? I currently use the old klik n play but was hoping for a program which was scrolling compatible. The game would be somewhat like MK Mythologies.

There's a program called Game Maker. You can get it a www.gamemaker.nl. It's free and pretty easy to use.

C++ is very hard to use i think. U should just use flash, right now im working on a game called Mortal Kombat:M Kitana edition.
