games/series you like to see make a comeback.

with all the games making huge returns in the past few years and coming years. games like sf4 series,twisted metal,ssx,mortal kombat,bunch of other titles. some games are forgotton or arn't mentioned alot.

some titles i'd like to see make a comeback or just make another game.

darkstalkers. imagine new monsters and returning characters with updated graphics it be fantastic.

capcom vs snk. it be great to see a new roster. updated graphics.

world heros. it be sweet to see mudman in hd. it could even have the same type of graphics as kling of fighter xlll.

art of fighting. another fun 2d fighter that could be updated.

samurai showdown. with sc5 around the corner it be great to see have another weapon fighter try to go up against it.

darkwatch. it had great multiplayer. the story mode was decent. give it more guns update the multiplayer and it could be a big hit.

that's all i can think of right now. so what games/series you want to see make a comeback.

Twisted Metal - YAY NEXT MONTH!!!!!!! =D
Need for Speed: Most Wanted/Carbon: WHY CANT EA Learn that these were their pinnacle, and yet they give us Hot Pursuit.... -_-
Sonic Adventure 2: Battle - The best god damned Sonic EVER! i would kill to play it again.
Crash Bandicoot Series (By Naughty Dog) - Same as Sonic.
Conker's Bad Fur Day - I know there's a remake already, but how about a REMADE remake? (lol)
Star Wars: Podracers - I can't believe people sleep on this game. This was one of the BEST games on the N64.
Superman - Rocksteady anyone?
Spider-Man (The one where you can also play as Venom) - Rocksteady anyone?
The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction - Rocksteady anyone?
Every other Superhero game - Rocksteady anyone?
True Crime - To me True Crime was an awesome game. Despite its GTA-ness.

XII - You can't just end with the cliffhanger

I just liked these series too much, despite that XII was just one game, but that was based off of a comic series and there's a heck of a lot more it didn't cover. These other games obviously had previous games made for PS2 but they were NOT the series I grew up with back in the 90s obviously.

And Oddworld was such an epic series, it was literally a game that was original, extremely difficult and hilarious that combined perfectly well together and didn't suck.

Too bad games like those I listed, you really don't see too much of in the gaming industry today. It's not like I have an issue with Call of Duty or Uncharted, but they're just the same games and feel way too similar to other games, with these games, they all had a different feeling to them. Even Turok because it just something different. You know, that was my first game I ever played having me fight against dinosaurs.

Thank goodness I still have my N64 and have all three of the games, as well as Goldeneye and Perfect Dark... Those games matter.

Oh, I guess you can put Perfect Dark in, I never played the second one because I heard it sucked. You don't do that to an epic game. But then again, the other games I've mentioned, with the exception of XII and Oddworld, had their series butchered... You don't do that.

Damn, talk about your generation gap! One scenario is mentioned and a completely game comes up for consideration. O_o

I remember Ultimate Spider-Man (and was disappointed in the Venom levels...nothing but being chased by police), but Spider-Man & Venom: Maximum Carnage was a beat-'em-up game released in 1994, based on a very long, 14-part story in Spider-Man comics at the time.

I, too, thought of Max Carnage when I first read the sentence. Shows my age. :D

Samurai Shodown already came back with Shodown Sen on 360.

I'd like to see a new Power Stone title and a true San Francisco RUSH follow up.

Also, Darkstalkers...and speaking of games that end in cliffhangers w/no sequel...let's have a Psi-Ops 2.

other games i thought might make great returns. are villigante 8, unreal championship,alen vs predator arcade.

villigante 8. it was similar to twisted metal but didn't have that spark that twisted metal had.

unreal championship. i know that they made unreal tournament 3 for ps3/360 but i always though unreal championship was better. needs to make a comeback.

aliens vs predator arcade was on the snes and was alot of fun. just needs to be updated in the graphics department if it were to return.

those are a few more games i thought of.

not gonna get too deep into this just gonna name a few off the top of my head

definitely Crash and Spyro, also KI

Freedom fighters, this was an amazing game, I played it long ago on the PS2
and I dont know why it never got a sequel, it was great and deserved one.

I will probably add more later.
