Well last year I got into Ginger Snaps because people like MKSECRECTS convinced me to finally go out and buy it. And I did. And I loved it.

Earlier today on a trip to Best Buy me an my buddy Matt saw the box for Ginger Snaps 2, and we couldn't resist. So we pick it up and poped it in. It actually wasn't half bad. I was expecting it to suck and not make any sense, seeing as how the first ended.

This time around the movie focuses around Brigitte dealing with her "infection". It mostly takes place at a rehad center (Giving off a very Silent Hill feeling half the time). But there is one downfall from the movie, and that is the charecter Ghost. Ghost somehow found every single way to get on my nerves, and I really was hoping she would be torn to shreds by the end of the movie. Other than that, pretty well put together sequel....And yes this movie leaves you with an ending like part one with the "How are they going to pull off the next one." So now I'm just going to sit around and wait for part 3.

Excellent. I was afraid this one would ruin it for me, but yours is the second good review i've heard. I'll be renting it soon.

I'm a HUGE werewolf movie fan, and I really enjoyed the First Ginger Snaps. Glad to hear the second one is good. Is Bridgette played by Emily Perkins again? Oh...another werewolf movie Ithought was pretty good was Bad Moon. Check it out if you get a chance.
You can see the trailer here:

Also a really good tv show that was on Fox in 1987 was Werewolf. You can check out a really good website about it here: http://www.werewolftv.com/
Rick Baker and Greg Cannon designed the werewolf suits for the show!!!

Yes. Every returning charecter from the original is in the sequel. Not just Emily Perkins, but Kathrine Isabelle apears in the movie as well, but you're going to have to watch it to figure out how and why.............

I somewhat missworded that last bit. What i meant was that of the returning charecters, they are all played by their original charecters. It wasn't completly misleading, but when I reread that it almost sounded like a lot of the cast returns, when truth is only a few familiar charecters, and a lot of fresh faces...One in particular (if you look hard) was in Freddy vs Jason.....As for Bad Moon, it sounds very familiar, but I'm pretty sure I havn't seen it yet. I'll probably rent it this friday.

It's definetly worth a rental. My other fav werewolf movies are:
Stephen King's Silver Bullet
The Howling (first one only)
Underworld
American Werewolf In London
American Werewolf In Paris (not nearly as good)
and the werewolves in Van Helsing were pretty damn cool too.
