word of warning, sometimes when using cheats it drops game completion by -1%, making getting 100% impossible.

another thing is it sometimes lowers you're rank... mainly when you spawn cars or tanks it drops it by thousands.

I constantly used cheats on GTA3/VC and have got 100% on both, but my friend has done everything too and he's on 99%, so I aint sure why this happened cause' I'm a cheat maniac on that damn game

I finished both Vice City and GTA3 on PS2, and now I'm about to do the same thing with the Xbox versions (starting with VC). It's gonna take me a while to get used to the controls though, but it's gonna be worth it since I'll be listening to MY music.

There's something I'd like to know about the cheats, though:

Of the 2 games, I finished VC first, and I'll admit, I was a cheat whore. But when I finished GTA3, I NEVER used a single cheat. However, every time I saw the cheats in a mag or on a website, I always saw a warning that said that if I saved a game with a cheat turned on, the file might become corrupted. I never had this problem, how about the rest of ya'll.

No, what it means is with some cheats like 'All vehicles become pink' for an example, if you save your game with a cheat like this activated it will ALWAYS be activated from that point on, you won't be able to revert it. Unless you start the game again

yeah once, i was half way through gta3 and saved after the yardie mission uzi money, then the controller constantly vibrated and the file could never load up and the character could'nt work, though i still used cheats, i had to erase the file though... but i still used cheats and it never happened since then... though now i use a secondary file and i save the game after each time on each file... so if it happens on one file i would have a safe bet with the other, but im sure it was'nt because of cheats.

Yeah, the damn game is full of nasty ass glitches

so true, the game is fun and some of the glitches are good, like in gta3 smacking someone with a baseball bat in the right place near a lightpole and they will be stuck inside the lightpole dead, almost looking like they were impaled, but then... the dodo flying and smacking into a invisibale wall in staunton island and drowning in the street... is not fun though.

Haha blimey, I havent encountered them, the classic glitch that I come across is out of nowhere I start to drive under the actual floor, where nothing is programmed in so it looks like im in another world lol, this usually happens on the road next to the ice cream business on VC

i think i have seen that before, i think it aswell happens near downtown if you fly off that one ramp that goes to prawn island, but flying off to the right side of the ramp with the bridge sometimes does that.
