Help Getting Rid of Something

A long time ago I had this problem with my computer, that a window would pop up and say system error, and then it would start a count down from a minute to restart my computer. Well its happened again and I forget how to get rid of it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? If so, can someone help me get rid of this problem. I would appreciate it alot. Thanks

sounds like u got the blaster worm... the only way i know to get rid of it is to either update ur antivirus or get a patch off of windows website...

Well... it happened to me and I fixed it. Pass all ur video files to a disc... erase Kazaa or likes, and once videos are safe on disk, deleat them from ur comp. Then defragmentate...

it shouldn't happen again. If it does, ur screwd, u have a good ol' nasty virus
