HELP I cant get the gametactics video to play

funny the only threads I have started are ones that i needd help on. Lol. any ways i downloaded the gametactics video and tried to play it on windows media but it won't play. can someone shed some light please.

Do you have the proper video codecs?? You'll probably need divx and some others. Personal message me and I will give you my SN send the to you through AIM.

Also, are you hearing sound and not video or just nothing?
