Hey everyone, I need your help. There is this movie that scared me to SHIT when I was a kid, must have been over 12 years ago at least, that has an opening scene (i believe it was the opening scene) where a mime bites the head off a chicken. I was sure it was one of the Howling movies at the time, but I am pretty sure now I was hella wrong. Someone told me it happens in a Bond movie... can anyone confirm/deny this?
If not... have u seen this movie!? If i remember correctly, which i prolly dont... there was a spinning spiral, black and white, in the background... and this creepy mime in some sort of carnival grabs a chicken and freaking bites its head off...

Any help will be much appreciated since I have been wondering what this movie was for YEARS!!!
