Help me convert this file

Every picture file i try to open on my computer opens in notepad and i can not change it. It does the same thing in Winrar too. Sorry for the noob thread, i couldnt find it any where on google.

If on Windows, SHIFT + Right click the file, and go to "open with".

Choose the proper program and make sure to check the box that says "always use this" or whatever.
