There's a thread that can help you to make a sig here but don't reply to it because you'll get accused for bumping threads.

i read the sig thing but i dont understand what a url is and how to make it can u im me on how to make a pic in my sig

If you right click on a picture, you can view its properties. The URL is the internet address of the picture. Copy it and paste it in the URL box for your icon, or if you want to make the pic your sig, enter it like this: (img src=URL), only, instead of "()", make them < and >. That help? And if you want to MAKE a sig, just doctor it up with photoshop or paint or whatever, find a site that'll let you upload it to (like, for example, sharemation.com) and copy the URL from there. Fatality.
