when i boot up my pc loads excessively slow, it is all new though, 512 megs ddr, amd athlon xp 2200+, not top of the line but new all the same. Some problems i have noticed are that there is something called poolv.exe when i opne task manager hogging 99% of the resources after i end that taks everythign seems to work well for a time, also there are four files that keep appearing on my c: drive no matter how many times i delete them i scanned with norton and found nothing. the files are X.exe, Blank.htm, and two others.... Any info on what this may be?
