Help with avatar and sig

I just recently rebooted or whatever my computer so wverything i had on there was lost, but for some odd reason i cant put in my signature or avatar.
Can someone help me?

I sent you a PM on 09/03/04 at 8:54am. These are the contents:
Your avatar exceeded the limits set in the Community FAQ section, thus I have placed a shadow ban upon you until you have removed the image. The limit for avatars is 35KBs. Generally, we allow avatars that are at least near these settings. Please PM any online moderator when you have complied and the ban will be removed.

As stated, you were shadowed. You need to comply with this before I can remove the ban.

Alright, the ban was lifted. There is little use for this thread now.
