Well, I put in Red Faction II this morning because I wanted to go back and re-play that tank mission. So, I went to Single-Player and that box popped up that said No Profiles Are Loaded and all that crap, so I wonder what's going on because that's never happened before, every other time my profile is automatically loaded. So I go down to "Profiles" and press "Accept" to load my profile and it said "Profile is Corrupt! Do you want to delete it?" So I thought resetting the PS2 and doing it over would fix it, but it didn't, it still does it. The game was fine last night when I was playing it, and now all of a sudden my profile is corrupt.

Do you know what could've caused it, and how to fix it without deleting the profile? I beat the entire game a few months ago and haven't had this problem til now.

It is your memory card, not your system. I don't know why it happen but It happened. It did it to me while I had the PS1, My file on Marvel VS Capcom got corrupt, I had to erase it and start all over again. I don't know how to repair those, the best thing to do a copy of your file just in case.

The only reason I can think of that files get corrupt is because if your saving while your power goes off it fucks it up. Say you're saving something and a bad storm breaks out and power goes off, my friend lost his GTA III file that way.

Oh, well I don't remember turning the power off while something was saving. But hopefully the problem will somehow fix itself, but I doubt it.
