HHH to be in Blade 3
HHH to be in Blade 3
I did not realize this until I saw the new trailer for Blade 3 while watching Resident Evil 2. In the midsts of the flashing scenes I see Hunter Herst Helmsly, a wrestler flashing his vampire teeth.
Not to be rude, but whats up with these wrestlers who think they can act? And no, Dwane Johnson is NOT, and again I say NOT a good actor.
These people should stick with what they do best: swing chairs and have people cheer for them because they wear multi-colored spandex.

Thats alittle sterio-typical dont you think? There is other things to wrestling other than chairs, which doesnt even happen that much, and multi-colored tights. And guess what? When you are a pro wrestler, you are an actor. You cannot really judge someone on a role they have been given in a movie,or what they do for a job.Like if I judged you right now,you would be a stereo-typing bastard.IF I did.And also dont say someone cant act unless you have seen them act before.

I get the feeling some wrestlers would actually make good actors. The Undertaker for example. I could see him being a serious actor, as long as he wasn't featured in any cheesy action roles.

If it's anything like the first 2 (especially Blade 2), then you aren't going to have too much trouble understanding the storyline.

Undertaker was actually in a episode of the poltergiest series. He was a hell hunter.Hunting down the ones who escaped from hell and dragging them back.He was basically himself (filmed in 96 or 97) it was pretty sweet though. One part that was cool, yet so simple. The guy who escaped, takes Taker's dagger and stabs him in the stomache. He and his brother drive away.Taker lying on the ground, blade in his stomache. He just sat up,and pulled out the dagger, looked sweet.Too bad he ended up being sent back to hell in the end.

You're right that was stereotypical, and if I wanted to be poltically correct about this topic then I would not sterotype. However, I do not care to be poltically correct, I was making a point.
Bastard I may or may not be, but at least I can spell Stereotypical.

Jeeze, everyone's a critic nowadays. Who are you to say whether Dwayne Johnson is a good actor or not? Who are you? That's your own opinion, and even though I agree you should be allowed to express it, it means nothing. Just like me saying Dwayne Johnson is a good actor means nothing. Now take Arnold and compare him to Johnson. People were saying the same things about Arnold back in the day, that they are saying about Johnson. I'll just have to let him proove you wrong when he hits the big time.

Ever see Suburban Commando?
Damn, I wanna see the Blade 3 trailer, when I saw REA, they didnt show it, I wanna see what Drake looks like. I'm anticipating this movie so much, I can't fucking wait to see it. And we've known about HHH being in this movie since late last year.

I never said Arnold was a good actor, because quite frankly he's not in my opinion. I just said people were talking crap about him, and look at him now. He's considered the biggest movie action star in history, and he's the one living in a mansion, as the govenor of California, and you're not. Also he's been in more successful films than just two. I could gladly name them for you, but I'll spare you the embarrassment. As for Johnson, did I mention he's also rich from his success as an actor? I mean, if he's such a crappy actor why is he still getting hired for roles in big movies? And the outcomes of the movies he has acted in, show results that would contradict your ignorant statements. Now I seriously suggest you stfu. K? K.
Ignorant statements come from getting pissy because someone disagrees with them.
Because I can do something like this:
Arnold is big because he's popular.
Popularity does not equal talented in all cases, its just means some people like him. Same goes for Johnson.
Just look at how the music industry runs

Did you read what I said? Obviously not. I said Arnold isn't a great actor in my opinion. The thing is he has charisma, and people enjoy watching his movies even if he isn't the greatest actor. Where I disagree with you is Johnson. You are stereotyping him because he is a wrestler. Just because he was a wrestler doesn't mean he is a bad actor. Just because he is popular doesn't mean he is not a talented actor. For example, my mother didn't really know who Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson was before the movie "The Scorpion King" came out. Then "The Rundown" came out, and I asked her what she thought of him and she said he was a good actor, without knowing he was a big wrestler. Anyways, what the fuck does this have to do with the music industry? That is a bad comparison in my opinion. It's a lot easier for musicians to make it big without being talented. Actors on the other hand, require decent acting skills. Anyways, I'm done with this. I can see you're just going to keep thinking the same way, so whatever.

Yeah, and they gave him a "Helium" voice. That was pretty cheesy.

I'm not a huge HHH fan, but I've seen him act on SNL and MadTV, and he wasn't half bad. I haven't seen him in a movie yet tho, so I don't think either of us can say he can't act.
For my money, the Rock is entertaining on the screen. I thought he would be corny, but The Rundown was 20 times better I was expecting. Walking Tall was pretty good, but it was a change of pace too fast for him I think.
Blade movies have always been well done.

oh...because we all know your mother, you know, has a much more credible opinion on acting than any other average person.
The music industry was a secondary example of just because someone is popular doesn't make then talented, but if you cannot make that connection in your mind then I have nothing left to say to you.

I already knew about this like earlier this year, so this is actualy old news, but yeah, I've got plans to see Blade Tinity, but not because Trips is in it, that is a minute reason, the biggest reason, is simply because I liked the other 2 films, and want to see how they end the story, unless there's plans for more Blade films.
FYI to those who bad-mouthed wrestlers as actors, you obviouslly never seen too many of their movies. Rock is an ok actor, I wouldn't say he's great, but he's ok, Austin was good on the series Nash Bridges, Hogan was ok, his movies just weren't to good, except "Shadow Warriors", Rowdy Piper was good in "Highlander" the tv show, and I never really seen any of his films, Taker was awesome on "Poltergeist The Legacy". So before you critic something, make sure you know the facts.

I'm not a wrestling fan at all but Dwayne Johnson Rocks! Loved the Rundown movie. The movie is all deja vue but The rocks made it look fresh.
Not that he is the greatest actor ever but neither Arnold, but they both have charisma and you can't deny that.

I am also looking forward to the 3rd installment. I enjoyed the first 2 alot minus the suplex and the elbow drop. I also have a querk about finishing series.
FYI - I would of never said I don't like wrestlers as actors if I hadn't seen their contributions
dont worry his part shouldnt take very much talent
