I was in love with Mortal Kombat and as I gained access to the Internet and was anticipating the release of Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance, I found myself as a contributing member of Mortal Kombat Australia. Actually, before that website was MKA I believe it was called MK Story. I feel like members there occasionally got news leaks and information about MK from this website. But I never cared to join this website. And then MKA became obsolete and I needed my MK fix so I found myself a permanent member of this website.

I wanted to know as much as I could about MK:DA, and found MK5.org. I stuck with it to learn more about the characters and other features that I couldn't find anywhere else, and joined the forum after I graduated high school (Oct 2003) to share my own Shao Kahn/Reiko theory. My stories have improved since then, of course.

I stumbled across MKO in a google search not long after MK9 was announced. I hadn't followed the continuity of the series closely and this site was extremely active with well informed lore-heads like Razor. That dude should work for NRS for reals.

I saw Killswitch on the site years back so I decided to make a account. Glad I did.

I was trying to find out everything I possibly could about MK 9, and through my googling I found this site. I instantly feel in love.

When I was born, there was a piece of paper in my mouth with the letters "MKO". No one knew what it was about, pondering about it for years, up until I discovered that letters "MK" may mean "Mortal Kombat". Then I imagined that maybe it's "Mortal Kombat Ontario" until I finally found "Mortal Kombat Online" from Yahoo! after MK5.org found its true destiny.
No, not really though. I don't remember. Perhaps the site found me.

I stumbled upon this site accidentally a while ago when I was on a quest to find a decent online MK game.

Same here, but I was at least smart enough to realize the difference between a fan site and a games site and didn't go around asking "how 2 play".

I'm not really sure. I think I found this site while looking for codes for Mortal Kombat 4. Such as how to play as Noob Saibot. I think this happened back in 2006 or something. Came back here in 2011 and found out there was a forum! Lurked for a little, then became a member!

Hmm... I believe I might a have been looking for sprite sheets (for something?). This was a little bit after DA's release. Found MK Warehouse which led me to MK5.org.

Read through a bit of the forums but really dug the fan submission page. The fan art that came around that time was epic. Was just getting started making sigs noticed that there was a request thread so I tried to make a few. I never really posted much then, and eventually just lurked for a few years. Checked in every now and again but never signed in. It was really when the Rebirth and MK9 stuff did I really come back. Since then I basically check MKO everyday and post on a (somewhat) regular basis.

I had heard on other forums that MK9 had been leaked. I tried searching for these links and eventually got googled to this site. I liked it alot and thus I joined the community.

Then I googled something MK-ish and viola

I stumbled across here in its MK5.org days when I was looking for a way to download Mortal Kombat Trilogy off the internet. I would jump to any fan site I could find to see if they had it.

In the end I got Mortal Kombat 1,2, MK4 and a funny little Wolfenstein program where it replaced everyone with MK characters but no MK Trilogy.

Once the Midway boards died, I needed my MK fix, I choose here as my new base of operations.

I came across it doggystyle, rolled it over, and went in for sloppy seconds.
