Copy the address of the picture. Right click and go down to properties. Then click "Change" on this site and paste the address.

Thats if its online already.

If you want a upload a pic of your own. You need to host it online. Use Sharemation. Register there and you can upload your pictures. Once its uploaded make sure you choose to "Share" online and then repeat the samee step as if the pic was online.
