lol i hear you man its not too hard to understand HTML codes also google is one of the best things ever for the internet.

put < and > around it though. and where it says URL OF PIC HERE put the url of the pic inside the quotes.
you have to host a picture before putting it up too so if its a picture saved on your PC you want to post you have to host it on a webpage. I suggest imageshack.com

PS I resized the pic. But before you learn how to tdo that, you gotta learn how to write the pic HTML code.
