in your vcr there should be the white, red, and yellow thingys on it. plug your system into those, put a tape in the vcr, and press record. i did this for halo.

If you want to go to "tape" then you can ^^^^^. Just input the PS2's composite cables into the VCR. You may have to switch video on the TV.

If you want to go to PC, you need a cap card or TV tuner. If your going that way, there are multiple ways to cap the video. You can go to VCR, like above, record, then playback and cap to the PC. Or, you can go directly from TV to PC. I even think you can play directly on the PC and cap that way, I've never set up to do it, though.

Either way, if you have composite jacks, you can cap. Good luck.
