Lately, I've been having that annoying problem with Microsoft Word 2003. So I decided to uninstall it and install it again. It didn't work and I still keep having that problem.

Every time I open an existing MS Word file, that's what I get:



And everytime I close MS word, I get this:



I tried to delete that file (normal.dot), but everytime I open MS Word, it regenerates.

Please help me.
