Finally something that can be legitimately called a horror game.



Download it, it is so far the only game that will fuck with you even after you quit the game. And no, I am not speaking in metaphor, I mean it in the most literal sense - without spoiling anything.

Another Slender derivative, an interesting one, but still derivative of the Eight Pages, but instead of pages, your walking over arrows or finding keys to numbered doors, the file creation aspect was a neat gimmick.
It's youtoube bait for sure.

Sure, it is basically a stalker escape game, but I think that Whiteface and Slender are diametrically opposed in concept. Slender is basically unknown, while Whiteface is rather vocal.

Also I think Slender has been ran into the ground with overexposure, even if Marble Hornets is good.

Slender has been ran into the ground, Marble Hornets WAS good, Troy and the gang really lost their way with season 3 but I digress. The characters being conceptually opposed is irrelevant when gameplay is conceptually the same. It doesn't matter if a white faced apparition, Slender Man, or a Xenomorph. Why is this game more worthy of being called "Horror game" than Outlast or Alien: Isolation when from a gameplay perspective, they're conceptually the same? The text file gimmick isnt enough.
