I actually got freaked while watch it I still watch it from time to time. But then I heard they were making a sequel and I thought cool. But I heard it was a prequel but did that change? I know it still has Naomi Watts and that little boy in it. And off the topic a little did you hear they were making a Rocky 6 someones desperate. I think Sylvester Stallone should stay home he's an old dude and i dont think he's got it anymore i mean the last movie he made was Spy Kids 3D..

Well, the japanese versino was 10 times scarier. A studio is doing the same thing to another Japanese horror movie sometime this year. Ju-On(The Grudge) I think it's called. The american version will be called 'The Grudge'. It's obvious that Japan in the last 10 years has made some of the best horror movies.
Ringu
Battle Royal
Ju-On
...etc.
Good thing that M. Night Shalyman is keeping the US a float.

Nah I don't care about Ring 2 all that much. And I'm sure Stalone still got a little bit left. You never count Rocky out.

hm...ring 2 ...not shure bout that 1. And i heard bout the Rocky 6 and i doubt it'll happen. Slyvester is to old and theres no more story. When i saw the trailer to the grudge it freaked me out so damn bad. But Sarah Michelle Gellar will always be Buffy in my eyes.
I never saw Ringu, but i saw a preview for it and have the Manga book part 1. i'm trying to get part two, anyways The Ring was not scary so I don't think I'll bother to see part 2. Also I saw a preview for The grudge and during the whole thing I was screaming Toothfairy! And my friend was screaming Ringu! It looks like a mix between Darkness Falls and Ringu.

I had never heard of a sequel, but after wathcing the first one I said to myself "That wasn't even scary!?"...that sort of explains it.

Apparently in Rocky 6, Sylveser Stallone is supposed to pass down the torch.
Shadaloo Wrote: Very much looking forward to it. While not exactly scary, part 1 was a decent enough remake, and much better than crap like Final Destination, Jeepers Creepers, and Darkness Falls. |
LOL, Final Destination... Jeppers Creepers... Crap? Ahaha!! That's funny, and you actually thought The Ring was better than those movies? Jeepers Creepers was pure comedy, and Final Destination had some of the best death scenes I've ever seen in a movie. Darkness Falls... Pluh, really didn't care for it, too much.

I haven't seen the Ring, but I know enough about it to keep me away from it for a billion years. Those corpses scare the piss outta me. And that girl is downright creepy. I'll stick to NOES thanks.

Yeah nal Destination is a cool ass movie. Ring wasn't scary. Camon now th girl coming outhe t.v...whats so scary about that? An evrybody's face was just ugly not scary.
Jeepers Creepers was a load of horse**** with an inexplicable villain. Final Destnation was a predictable gore-fest, in that regard, better than the Ring. But I don't qualify a good horror by how many litres of blood are in the film.
NONE of them were scary. As far as a good overall movie goes, The Ring was superior.
