Please someone answer. I just saw on Adult Swim that it is daylight savings but I havent heard that anywhere else. Is it daylight savings tonight?

Normally, GD would be correct, but since it was a 'leap year' we don't have to change the clocks this year. Cartoon Network must just be in the dark?
