Ya know what I've noticed?....

We argue over some really dumb and worthless shit. I've spent about the last hour looking through old forums, checking out argumments people started, arguments I started, and I've noticed we are some really simple-minded fools.
I mean, c'mon, just look at the damned Ermac in MK1 thread. My opinion was that whoever took part in that shit needed to be shot...(Including Myself). I felt like saying something to Matt about his gazillion posts, but we all know how Mr Mk2KungBroken LOVES to be the big guy on campus...But I can't really say anything about him because I was the guy who asked to make that sweet combo guide. I have to admit, it sure was fun to see what some of the idiots had to say about good ol' Mac n' Cheese...Heh.

So I'm just sitting here, sipping on my Mountain Dew, listening to my IV beep non-stop, pondering if I should go back upstairs to get it turned off.
The Futute only knows what is to become of this place.

It's always been like this (way worse before, actually), and it always will be. You just gotta pick your battles wisely (only if you HAVE to), and as for the battles you don't participate in...just sit back and laugh your ass off

aint that the truth, its tame compared to what it used to be when a flame war broke out... a lot of the full time flamers we had here pretty much got tired and left... but yeah, i wouldnt advise flaming under any cercumstances cause ur just hurting urself more than u r the other person...

I hate the excuse that its just the internet, i dont buy that!!! when i get used to place like MK5.or..errr i mean MKO.com, i come to know the people of the forum as if i were talking to them up close and personal so i respect everyone on this board the way i would respect them in person...

I think that your avearge Internet Flamer is the result of being beaten and dropped constantly as a small child.....Or verbal abuse....You can kill someone with a sword once, but can kill them over and over with a pen..... My 2 Cents. Andy.

I have to agree with MKS, if you can't be a part of the flame war just sit back and enjoy the rest.

And lets be honest, flaming is really childish, believe me, i have been a part of it and i won't do it again.

Anyone who gets killed by words is a sissy. Especially in a mortal kombat forum. Flaming is redundant. But then again, the world is full of redundant people, and many of them use the internet. So may as get used to it.

Anyone can argue over anything. It's the nature of life to be confrontational. They're always SOMEONE out there who doesn't believe what you believe, and the stage is set for a confrontation. Actually, I like to argue over the meaningless things. Who would win? A crocodile or a shark? A New York lawyer or a Californian politian? Who is scarier: Freddy Krueger or Micheal Jackson? The issues will never die... or reach an agreement. Fatality.
