This is an easy one, as I was in the same postition. When I turned 16 I applied for a job at our grocery store, just like Krogers, but it's called Giant Eagle. Anyways, you have nothing to worry about man they will hire anyone. I went into the interview with a Deion Sanders jersey, baggy jeans, and nikes on and got hired on the spot.

Basically they made me take some test to see if I was slow (they hire mentally challenged a lot) and whatever, but basically those places live and survive off hiring kids.

You have not a damn thing to worry about man, especially if ur bro works there, I am sure you'll get the job.

Thanks guys, and yeah my bro was the one who got me the interview because I turned in my application a month ago and never got a call. I just got out of the shower shaved and everything I have cargo khaki pants and a polo shirt, so I think I'll make a good impression.

Heh, I just found out I got my first full-time job today at 10:00 in the a.m. Gonna kick some ass. Real money.

Just got back, already took the drug test (I dont do any drugs so no worries there) and he already said Ill start sometime on Wednesday.

Well, you already got the job, so there really any need for advice, really.

But yeah, your chances were pretty good to begin with. And since you were already hooked up as it was, you were practically guaranteed the position. I'm applying for two fast-food jobs right now(Taco Bell and Whataburger), and I'm not worried at all. Whatever happens is meant to be. I'm friendly, but I don't kiss asses, and I don't try to act like anything but my natural self. That's gotten me quite a distance so far.
