While Kingdom Hearts III has been announced long ago, the game has yet to be released.

Instead, it has been continuously put on hold, with several side games (i.e. Birth by Sleep, 358/2 Days) to stall for more time. Why, though?

Well, from what I can see, I think I've found the answer.

As we all know, Kingdom Hearts is based very much around the Disney Universe, with various Disney movies making up the worlds within the universe.

Voice acting has always played a critical role in the making of the games, many of the film's orignal actors reprising their roles for the games. For KH3, the film "The Emperor's New Groove" would make its debut in the series, but the voice actress for Yzma, Eartha Kitt, passed away unexpectantly.

To add on to this dilemna, very few Disney films released since 2005 are viewed to have the potential to debut as a world in the game series.

I could name a few that has potential, and I'm sure you all can too. If you may, share ideas on which Disney films - before and after 2005 - would best work as worlds in the Kingdom Hearts series.

For me, I feel the following would be great for KH3:

- The Incredibles (2004)
- Wall-E (2008)
- Finding Nemo (2003)
- James and the Giant Peach (1996)
- The Jungle Book (1967)
- Enchanted (2007)
- The Princess and the Frog (2009)

For obvious reasons, I did not include The Emperor's New Groove, which would have been an amazing world in the game.

I really doubt the delay of Kingdom Hearts III is because of voice actors. They're making all of these side games to expand the Kingdom Hearts storyline

imo, Square has done a good job of making the story as convoluted as possible. After Organization XIII appeared, I just didn't care about the plot anymore. I wish they would go back to the way things were before, with Disney Worlds actually being worth a damn.

Also, I doubt Pixar will have anything to do with any Kingdom Hearts game.

Pixar doesn't have to be included in the animation of the games.

I'm sure Suare Enix will do just fine without them with the respective films.

And it's not as if Organization XIII never existed in the first place, we gamers just didn't know it had a name.

Hunchback of Notre Dame much? I know Tony Jay passed away, but that's not going to really cause a delay I think.

Wait, that was Disney!?

I totally forgot!

That would make a good world in Kingdom Hearts! Good thinking, Crow.
