Korn have begun writing their 12th studio album. It will be released in 2015. In my opinion, the paradigm shift was a good album. Nothing great, just good. It is great to have head back in the band. What needs to happen for this to be a great album is, they need to slow down and bring the funky guitar effects back that were present in their first amazing 5 records. If this happens, then i will be extremely pleased. Anything is possible as pointed out by slipknot releasing their best album since 2001 just a month ago with the gray chapter. That is all smile

I didnt even know they were coming out with another album its good news for sure since Korn is my 2nd favorite band. There last album was good but could been better. I still like there 1st album the best followed by Take A Look In The Mirror. I have all Korns studio albums and there greatest hits album so i'm looking forward to this for sure.

Now only if i could get another Mudvayne, System Of A Down, Disturbed album id be great for the next few years. I already have the Slipknot new album which Slipknots my favorite band so im good until the next Korns album.

I think fieldy's bass needs to be more up front, I could barely notice it in the last two albums. So among those lines, yes.

Any news on the live performanceof the entire first album?

So i just listened to korn's 8th album, "untitled", for the first time in 5 years. I always wrote it off when i was younger, because it wasn't as heavy as their other albums, but my God is it nothing but short of fucking awesome that I've matured! It's so damn original. Jon said people could call it whatever they wanted to, so i think I'll title it, "the burning circus" from now on. I just imagine a tent full of Christians in the middle of a cornfield, scorching, and then it's ashes blowing away into a cloudy sunset when i hear this album. So tits smile

I honestly have no intensest in a new Korn album if it is anything like their last album with all the techno riffs. My brother talked me into seeing them again a few years ago for their last album release, and i just wasn't impressed with the direction the band had gone. I really hate their new sound.

Aside the fact that The Path To Totality is not their last album. Check out The Paradigm Shift on youtube.
