LOST finale. Please explain the ending

So on one of alternate timeline Jack and a few others leave the island, then Locke makes them go back... and then on that timeline Locke and Jack fight and both die while the others leave the island on a plane, and it shows Jack dying and then Jack in Heaven.. but is this the old timeline Heaven or new timeline Heaven?

It's the middle timeline. The one after the beginning and before the ending. Thought everyone knew that. I'm friends with a couple of professional Swedish extras, and they said that.
