"I was reading the message board on IGN about that game when i notice that post.

"It plays alot like power stone (as far as interaction with your back ground) The fighting engine (hand to hand):On XBOX, x=attack, a=jump,y=block, and b=grab. Ltrigger is for mobility (will go in depth about this one) and Rtrigger is your super power (modifier).Ok, tapping x by itself repeatedly is a standard combo (which leads into a pop up). It can be blocked by simply holding y(if you get hit just hold y again to start blocking) it gets tricky with the modifier. when you hold Rtrigger and tap x it makes your character give off a glow and this is an enhanced attack which can't be blocked with standard block. (you have to do a super block, a parry {hit y at just the right moment}, or dodge {hold y and hit a direction to avoid}) A super block is done by holding the Rtrigger and the y button. it places a shield around your character which rapidly drains your super meter (which you need to do even the most basic super stuff. I.E. spidermans web) It's best to try to time your super block rather than hold it for a long time to avoid being powerless. As far as attacks go, you can mix up combo techniques to throw off your foe. example: x-super x-x-x (a pop up), x-x-x-x (a pop up) x-x-x-super x (a knock down and away) [any combo ending with a super x is a knock down and away) Now once you pop some one in the air, you can do a few things. first jump up towards them, then do a standard throw, a 2 hit standard x combo, or a super throw (a throw modified with the super button) Oh, I almost forgot, if you hold y you are in a defense stance. For spiderman it is his well known crouch with 1 arm in the air. From this, if you continue holding y and tap away with the joystick repeatedly, he will do multiple backflips. The super button is also contextual. If you are far away and you hit attack with the super button depressed, your character, if he/she has 1 will throw a projectile. (this can be done in the air too-I forgot, add this into the air combo section) Without going into too much more detail, the mobility button is final. with the mobility button, you can dash in a direction with some characters, fly/hover with others, or perhaps even speed up(i think this is the case with wolverine...not sure though) you can attack after hitting the mobility button right after initiating your mobility. I.E. spidermans sling shot (on the ground) or web swing (in the air) If this is done you will do an attack based on the character-experiment. If you hit the superbutton and attack right after, depending on distance or height, a projectile will shoot out. The finishing touch, there are also super jumps. 2 level jumps like MVC. The standard jump is about 15 feet, but the super jump is more like 45. It is done by holding the super button and jump. So you see, it is simple to play, but it gets complex later on (I have figured out how to add jump attacks in the middle of my spiderman combos---very deadly indeed)and appears to have an excellent since of balance and non obtrusive camera play. Yes, it is great fun! Take it from someone who has almost every fighting game to man (including emulators of ALL the snk fighters). I have over 200 games and I still have played this demo about 6 hours a day for the last 3 weeks. It IS that addictive! A SIDE NOTE: rember to always face your character when attacking. This game is not locked in a toe to toe state unless facing a character by at least 30 to 45 degrees. This can leave you arracking mid air if you are not careful. (It can happen if a character dodges also-so button mashers beware)"

I think that game could be really sweet, plus it as online play.Anybody else excited about that game.It can't be worst than MKD even the "finishing move look better than the fatality in MKD.The gameplay is what matter most anyway so if you plan on getting it next week IM me i'm looking for people to test that game to see if i should buy it.
