Military Removing Tuition Assistance for Service Members

Pretty to the point. What do you guys think? And what do you guys think about illegal immigrants being able to receive it? I'm pretty torn about it. I mean, my ppl came here illegally, yet I am a service member and this just doesn't seem right. Tears me apart. Thoughts?

My thoughts? Fuck getting involved in the military.

I respect the serving members (who aren't busy raping other soldiers, lying about it and getting away with it), but I personally see no gain in fighting for a country that is my giving ANYTHING back to me. Wars for things that benefit no normal citizen; at least they would get tuition. Now they don't even get that.

Geez.

Being in the military means being a government pawn. They don't want you educated. They want you dumb, obedient and unquestioning. This isn't strictly confined to the military really, society is being dumbed down for a real and sinister reason. So that those in power can do what they want and get away with it. Do you know what the clinical term for that is? Sociopathic.

I've got the Post 9/11 GI Bill so it doesn't make any difference to me. Sucks for the guys and gals that go to school with TA though.
